Able to manage a team of 10 members and resolve conflicts if any. Conduct daily scrum meetings and ideation sessions. Keep stakeholders apprised of project statuses and collaborate with leaders across business units to align initiatives. Must exhibit leadership qualities by serving the team and facilitating their self-organization. Collect information and carry out business intelligence for leads and opportunities and present to senior management for implementing a successful strategy for approach. Deal with impediments and conflicts. Must be adept at problem-solving and finding solutions to keep the team on track. Communicate with clients to gather requirements, analyze them, and manage the business requirement documentation (BRD) process. Deliver detailed feature roadmaps that include action items and project targets. Develop accurate development estimates and draft project resource plans. Provide weekly status updates to the Senior Management team. Act as a Team Facilitator, scheduling meetings for weekly SoS meetings and creating tasks/bugs/epics for team members as directed by the manager.
